His will is dated 14 November 1754 and proved on 28 September 1758 in Norwich. He mentions his wife Elizabeth, his grandson Samuel Killam, his son Samuel Killam, his married daughters, Hannah Wallbridge, Ann Park, Deborah Plummer, Mary Parke, and Rachel Boardman, and his unmarried daughters, Elizabeth and Abigail, and his son in law Zebulon Parke. His inventory was completed on 9 November 1756 in Preston.[1]
