Biography

Hanna Kimberly was born on April 13, 1694 at West Haven, New Haven, Connecticut, a daughter of Nathaniel Kimberly (son of Nathaniel) and Hannah Downs, (daughter of John Downs). Hannah married twice.

She married at Fairfield County, Connecticut, as her 1st, to John Lyon.

She married at Fairfield County, Connecticut, as her 2nd, to Thomas Pike.

Children of Hannah and John Lyon, all baptized at Greenfield (first 4 on 15 Aug 1726):[1][2]

Husband, John Lyon's, will was proved on 4 February 1734/5 at Greenwich, Fairfield County, Connecticut. On 15 August 1735, Elizabeth chose mother, Hannah Lyon, for guardian, and she was appointed guardian for Hester, Rhoda and Grissel. Jehu Burr of Fairfield gave 400£ bom for Hannah Lyon. Thankful chose Jehu Burr, and he was appointed for John and Hannah. [3]
