Biography

Otis Sterling King was born on October 1, 1910 in Carroll County, Georgia, USA to William Thomas King and Annie Ardelia McGuire King.

On the 1920 Census, he was listed in the household of his father, William T. King, in Smithfield, Carroll County, Georgia, USA. Also listed in the household was his mother, Ardelia, and siblings: Mabel, Melvin, Olin, Raymond, and Leonard. He was a student. According to the census, he was eight years old. According to the census, he and his parents were born in Georgia.^[1]

On the 1930 census, he was listed in the household of his father, W. T. King. Others in the household were his mother, Ardelia, and siblings: Mabel, Melvin, Olin, Raymond, Myrtle, Arnold, Q.
