Ruth Stark remarried in 1809 to Richard Tenney he died without issue. They had lived separately for the last 3 years before his death, Richard had an illegitimate son named Isaac Tenney Jr. who claimed he and sued Ruth for 1/4 share of the land deeded to the Stark children...Richard had a brother Isaac Tenney Sr. So sounds like Richard had a son with Isaac Tenneys wife. Isaac Jr could only receive 1/4/the land belonging to Richard Tenney his father.

King-21272 and King-11961 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same husband. Clear duplicate.

King-14769 and King-11961 appear to represent the same person because: These apparently represent the same person; it seems unlikely that Charles King and Charity Pennington had two daughters named Ruth.
