DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Joseph by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Joseph:

Is there any source for his death?

Hi Ian - the Cam register for 1808 is here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G92Z-16Q2?i=644 --- there is no mention of this person being baptised in Cam --- am I missing it. Dorothea Rowse has that date and place and she is normally very accurate. I can't find it in the Cam register but the marriage of Joseph King to Ann Lawrence on 18 August 1807 is there.

King-17875 and King-15201 appear to represent the same person because: Same d.o.b. same spouse.
