Patience was born in 1701/02 in Kittery, then part of the Massachusetts Bay colony. She was the daughter of Richard King and Mary Lydston.
She married Job Young on Dec. 7, 1727. They had 12 children:

She died July 26, 1790, in York, which was then still part of Massachusetts and is now in the state of Maine.
