Biography

Eunice King, born 12 May 1702/03 at Northampton, Massachusetts, was a daughter of Mindwell (Pomeroy) & Joseph King (1673-1734) ^[1],^[2].

Eunice married about 1726 at Northampton, Massachusetts, Benjamin Alvord Jr. (1695-1772). Four children proceeded from this union:

1. Eunice (Alvord; 1727-1763); married Bela Strong
2. Margaret (Alvord; 1729-1798); married Nathaniel Edwards
3. Jerusha (Alvord; 1730-1798); married Noah Edwards
4. Benjamin Alvord (Oct 1732 - 3 Nov 1742)

Eunice King died 8 Oct 1732 at Northampton ^[3]. Disposition of her remains is unknown ^[4].

Note: After her death, Benjamin Alvord married second, Ruth Alexander, who at that point became step-mother of his children.
