Biography
Azuba (also spelled Asuba) was born in 1793 in in Connecticut. In 1811 she married Truman Barnes. According to the US Census[1], in 1850 she lived with her daughter-in-law, Nancy Ann Potter Barnes, and her three children in Pike, Wyoming County, NY.
According to the NY Census[2], in 1855 and 1860 she lived in Amity Township in Allegany County, NY, with her daughter Matilda and her family.
She passed away in 1860.
