Between 1798 and 1803, Frederick Kinser married Margaret Walters. The couple had the following children:

29 Apr 1819. Following the death of his wife Margaret Walters, Frederick Kinser remarried to Mary (Polly) Creger, and the couple had the following children:

  1. Harvey (1829-1910) m Mary Mann (1829- )
  2. Frederick Feathergill (1830-1902)
  3. David Gordon (1836-1914)
