Originally shared by dorothychisholm78 originally shared this to Kirbys from Va, SC, GA, Al, Fl, to Tx. 14 Jun 2007 story at ancestry.com Pleasant Bolan Kirby lived in Rock Mills, Al. He is buried at Old Salem Cemetery in Welch, Al. I visited there in April 2006 and took pictures of his headstone. There is no church or any building near the burial place. There are a lot of Pittmans buried there, and a lot of Pittmans lived in Rock Mills. I did not find any evidence of either of his wives being buried there. 1st wife was Mary Ann Robinson, and 2nd wife was Milie Liles and I have them in the 1880 census as living in Bacon Level, Randolph Co, Al.
