The commissioner respectfully reports to the Court that in compliance with the order made in this case on the 15th, day of January 1838 To him directed and herewith returned, he has examined stated and settled the account current of Lucy A. H. Kirkland Admix of Benjamin Kirkland dec'd agreeably to the vouchers, papers, etc. laid before him by the agent of the said administration. Upon the settlement of said account, he finds the Estate of Benjamin Kirkland dec'd. to be indebted to Lucy A. H. Kirkland in her character of a administration as a aforesaid on the 23rd day of April 1839 in the sum of two hundred and seven dollars and forty eight cents - with legal interest thereon from this date till paid. All which is respectfully submitted. Given under my hand this 28th day of April 1839. Aug 10 1837 - To be paid Maranda B. Harwell in port of bond $100.00 Aug 8 1837 By and of account of sale of said Est. decree this day $890.87 received. Balance to debt. Mar 18 1838 So paid David May attys for Belcher's exors in full of judgment of costs thereon $135.83 Nov. 28 1838 paid Robt. Eldridge for Cyrus F. Dillard bond $41.27 Dec. 10 1838 paid Maranda B. Howell in full of bond $173.10 Feb. 22 1839 So paid Littleton M. Perkins for Mary S.
