Virginia Jane 'Jincy' Kirkland was born in 1803 in Tennessee. She married David C. Manasco on September 18, 1823, in Morgan, Alabama. They had (at least) five children during their marriage. She died as a young mother in 1836 in Fayette, Alabama, at the age of 33, and was buried in Fayette, Alabama.
