Vivian C. Kirksey Moore Obituary
Vivian C. Moore, age 91, of Mentor, formerly of Willoughby and Painesville, died peacefully Saturday, August 2, 2014, at Emeritus of Mentor. Vivian spent her life as a homemaker until at the age of 52 when she became a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked at Lake West Hospital until her husband John's retirement when they spent many happy years between their Florida and Willoughby homes. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, John H. Moore; children, Linda (David) Mather, David (Michelle) Moore and Cheryl Esparza, seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends during calling hours from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday August 9, 2014, at Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor. A Memorial Service will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association , Cleveland Area Chapter, P.O. Box 74924, Cleveland, Ohio 44194-4924.
