Caleb married by 1661 (eldest child born Stamford 24 Nov 1661) to Hannah Smith, daughter of Henry Smith [TAG 10:174].[2][3] Hannah's parentage is proved by the will of Henry Smith, in which he bequeathed to his grandson, John Knapp [FOOF 1:575].[2] Hannah died in June of 1685.[4]

Weaver
Caleb was probably a weaver by profession. In his father's will, Caleb was left his "loom and half of the geers."[6]
Death and Legacy
Caleb's will was dated "12-2-1674," and the inventory was filed on "3-4-1675."[7][4] He died at Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, where he lived.[4][5]He was buried at Stamford Burying Ground.[8]
