Joseph married to Mary (Lockwood) Husted, the widow of Jonathan Husted, and daughter of Robert and Susannah Lockwood.[1] Joseph and Mary did not have any children.[1]
His will is dated 16 March 1715/16 in Greenwich, Connecticut.[3][4] It was presented to the Court on 12 December 1723. He mentions his brothers, Caleb, Joshua, Timothy, and Benjamin, his sisters, Hannah Smith and Ruth Reynolds. He also mentions Joshua's daughter, Elizabeth, and Benjamin's daughter Martha. The witnesses to the will are Robert Lockwood and Jonathan Jesup.
Inventory was done on 4 December 1723. A widow is not mentioned in the probate records.
