- Note H101Lived at 46 Waterloo Road, Castle at his time of birth and number 25 when he was married. Called Frederick on his original birth certificate but this was changed to Edward on 8 March 1932. He had a brother called Frederick born in 1898. Witnesses at his wedding were Thomas Knight his brother and Lottie Brookes, Georgina's sister and my Nan. I knew him as Uncle Ted and can remember him from my boyhood visits to their house in Spencer Street with my Nan.
