Note: "Uncle" Floyd was never married. He often waited in the yard of the Powderly Church of Christ so that he could speak to his grand nephew and grand niece, Fred and Jane Heltsley, following the divorce of Helen Sparks and his nephew, Lloyd Heltsley. He lived across the street with his sister, Ollie Knight (grandmother of the children) and her second husband, Emmit Cessna.
