Biography

Joseph was born in 1788. He was the son of Asher Knight and Martha Clark.[1]

He married Ruby Hyde in November 1816 in Monson, Hampden, Massachusetts, United States.[2]

They may have had about 7 children.

His wife Ruby passed away in 1849.

US Census Year 1850: Living with his four children in Peru, Berkshire, Massachusetts, United States. Aged 61.

Occupation: Clergyman

Joseph married, secondly Harriet Parsons (daughter of Moses Parsons) on 29 April 1851 at Adams, Berkshire, Massachusetts, United States.[3]

UK Census Date 1860: Living with his wife Harriet in Stafford, Tolland, Connecticut, United States. Aged 72. Also in the household was his 24 year old son Oren.

Joseph passed away in 1860 at the age of 72.[4]
