Thomasine was born in Mar 1748 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay Colony. She was the daughter of James Knowles Jr. and Abigail (Atwood) Knowles.
She married Jesse Nickerson on 20 Aug 1773 in Eastham, MA.[1]
She died in 1778.
