DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Ezekiel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Ezekiel:

Knowlton-161 and Knowlton-310 appear to represent the same person because: Knowlton-161 is superfluous. Thomas and Mary Coy had a son Ezekiel (Knowlton-310) in 1707 but were not yet married in 1690. Knowlton-161 is unsourced and there is no documentation of a prior Ezekiel.

All the information on Knowlton-310 should be retained.

Knowlton-703 and Knowlton-310 appear to represent the same person because: I am Merle Knowlton's granddaughter-in-law and am starting with her memories. Also I have used The History and Genealogy of the Knowltons in England and America. This shows my Ezekiel and your Luke to be brothers of Sarah (Knowlton) Simonds. Thanks
