Private Stephen Knowlton served with Worcester County Militia, Massachusetts Militia during the American Revolution.

Stephen Knowlton was born 28 May 1762 in Templeton, Worcester, Province of Massachusetts Bay to Ezekiel Knowlton and Anna Miles. [1] [2]

Stephen was a Private in his father Capt. Ezekiel Knowlton's co. under Col. Dike in the Revolutionary War. [3] [4]

On October 5, Oct 1795 he married Comfort White in Templeton, Worcester, Massachusetts. [1] [5] [6] [7]
