Biography

in 1820 Daniel's family consisted of: Stephen, Daniel. Slyvannus, John, Robert, Nathan, Asa, and George. He also had four daughters: Lois, Rosamond, Mary and Zeruciah. Slyvannus settled in Victoria County, N.B. Jesse went to Pembroke, Maine Daniel settled in Fraserville. Randal Morris m. Lois Knowlton on Dec. 11 1811. Daniel's grandson Alfred Knowlton told Rev. Porter in 1914 that Dan had been dead 94 yrs. so he must have died in 1820. Barry Weaver's notes: The Daniel Knowlton that married Rachel Olney sold his property in Sackville and moved to Advocate Harbor in 1790 where he later died. Founder of the Advocate Knowltons.
