Biography
Anna "Annie" Koch is the daughter of Henry F. W. Koch and Wilhelmina "Minnie" D. (Garlipp) Koch. She was raised by her stepfather Mike Wall as the oldest child in his and her mother Minnie's household, and her children shared equally with her Wall half-brothers and sisters in the settlement of their estate. Annie married Albert Nathan Shoults, son of Nelson and Claracy Shoults. By the time of the 1900 census, Annie had borne 4 children with 3 still living. They were listed just a few families away from her stepfather Mike and mother Minnie Wall. By the time of the 1910 census Annie had died. Her husband Albert answered the child bearing question on her behalf. He said she had borne 6 children with 3 still living.
Annie is buried in Rockvale Cemetery, Spicewood, Burnet County, Texas. There is a photograph of her on her Find A Grave Memorial [2]
