Biography

Caspar Koch was born on August 04, 1700 in Steinmetz, Zurich, Switzerland.[1] His parents were Heinrich Koch and Anna Hauser.[2] He married Verena Muller on October 27, 1722[3] Caspar and Verena arrived in America about 1725 and lived in the town of Palatine, Montgomery county. Together they had 4 children:

  1. Rudolf Koch[4]
  2. Beatus Koch[5]
  3. Caspar Koch[6]
  4. John Cook[7]

He died on January 14, 1789 in Stone Arabia, New York, aged 89 years and 7 months. He left seven children, 57 grandchildren and 56 great-grandchildren.[8]
