DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Kathy or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Kathy:

Have you taken a DNA test? If so, login to add it. If not, see our friends at Ancestry DNA.

Kathy, Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, thus coordinating with others is essential.

The German Roots Project seems to fit your Pritzlaff, Wolfe ancestors. Click the link to read how to join.

Please refer to the new recommended sources for Pre-1700’s.Cite Reliable sources

Or use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find a project..

For questions, just ask!

It looks like you may have some outstanding merges that need attention. You can find them by following the link at the top of this page under >My Wikitree>Watchlist, then hit the button that says Pending Merges

Thanks for helping with Wikitree

Hello,

I am a WikiTree DNA Project Volunteer Helper. I wanted to let you know that when you post DNA test information on a WikiTree profile, WikiTree needs to be able to see the profile Family Tree Tab (top of WikiTree Profile) to make DNA connections down the ancestral lines.

I would like to suggest that you consider changing the privacy level on this profile and all of the ancestors to be at a level that allows everyone to see the Family Tree tab. Click the "Privacy" tab and set your level to "Private with public tree" or "Private with public biography and tree".

For further information on the available Privacy levels needed to facilitate this, please see: Wikitree privacy controls

Thank you, Meghan

Hi Kathy,

Hi!

Just checking in with a few quick tips:

Free Space pages are wiki pages for supplementing your family history. They can be used to profile anything of significance such as a special pet, a meaningful event, a school you attended, a family heirloom .... They're "anything pages".

Not sure what to include in a profile? Check out our Biography Ideas and Styles and Standards help pages.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, please ask!

Volunteer Button Kathy. You clicked on the volunteer button indicating that you would like to collaborate and add family information. If that’s correct please leave another comment here on your profile to indicate your willingness to help build the “Tree”, and one of the Greeters will be happy to add you as a member of WikiTree.

If you just want to explore and search for relatives or family information you can do that as a guest without volunteering.

To help you with your search, check out the “Find” button. Clicking the “Matches for family”or the “Surnames” buttons may show you the way to some family info or connections.

In the “Help” area you can post questions in the G2G forum. We have a lot of people who are willing to help. Just ask. Good Luck.
