Getty bequeathed a piano to her daughter Beatrice Agnes, and to Margaret Wilmot McKone, John Frederick Getty, James Francis Getty, Mary Gertrude Walker, Joseph Pius Getty, Michael Alphonsus Getty, Beatrice Agnes Getty, Charles Wilmot Getty and Annie Delphine Farrell, her sons and daughters, all her real estate and personal property in equal shares. John Frederick and James Francis Getty were named executors. H. C. Walker and Joseph J McKone were witnesses.
