Genealogy sources do not agree about her last name at birth, but I cannot find legitimate sources to support any of the claims.
Her birthdate is listed as estimated because in sources, her birthdate is listed as anywhere from 1811 to 1825. A few sources show Aug 1820 or Aug 1821, so I listed her birthdate as a kind of weighted average.
