Hello, I'm Mary, a Mentor. Our goal is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person. Please make sure to avoid Duplicates when adding a profile.
Please add DOB, DOD, locations, and Sources/references attached to each person are important and assists all of us!
If you encounter ancestors already on WikiTree ( less than 200 years), contact the Profile Manager for trusted access.
Just got back from your beautiful state. We were visiting my youngest son who married a native North Carolina girl from Wilson. They are living in Nash County. I've been amazed at how many people in the south can trace their roots so far back.
Hope you have a great experience here on WikiTree.
Don't forget to Head over to the G2G forum. and take a minute to introduce yourself in the Tree House or ask a question in any of the other categories. There's also a brickwall tag in the G2G forum: for that "special" ancestor who is eluding you.
You are now a member of the WikiTree Community! Please remember that we are trying to build one Collaborative Global Family Tree which means only one profile per person. It is important to ensure that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced.
