William R. was born on 25 June 1847 in Marbletown, Ulster, New York, USA. He was the son of Jacob Markle Krom and Jane F. Roosa. He was 3 when the 1850 census was undertaken[1]
In 1870 William R. was married to Sarah, with 2 children Jacob 3 and Louisa 1. Mother in law Mary is resident with the family They are living in Marbletown, Ulster, New York, United States [2]
In 1875 he was 27 living with Sarah and their growing family in Marbletown, Ulster, New York, United States. He is listed as a Farmer , Children are Jacob 8, Louisa 6, Alice4, Walter 2 and Sarah 0. [3]
In 1880 William R. (age about 32) was employed as a Farmer living in Marbletown, Ulster, New York, United States.2 more daughters have joined the family Dora 2 and Lucinda 1 [4]
William R. died at the age of 44 on 19 November 1891 in Olive, Ulster County,[5] and buried there in the Old Tongore Cemetery.[6][7]
