Buried: Kutz Burial Ground, Berks County, Pennsylvania.

Notes

Their first three children were born to Eva Katherina; the latter two to Elizabeth Le Van, and due to the time disparity and absence of one or the other of the wives and her children from various records, this family may involve two different Nicholas Kutzes, perhaps a father and son, but no one source lists them as separate individuals.

To son Nicholas my plantation whereon I now live in Maxatawny, containing 170 acres with 32 acres of woodland in Greenwich, also farming utensils for £850 specie, to be paid the other children, viz: Catharina, Elisabeth SIEGFRIED, Dorothy SIEGFRIED, Susanna, Margreta, John and Rosina, and to wife Eva Catharine. Exrs: Wife Eva Catharine and son-in-law Henry SIEGFRIED. Wits: Jacob LEVAN and George KEMP.
