Ladd-243 and Ladd-803 appear to represent the same person because: dups
I created a file of Joses Ladd and thought I had clicked on your file to indicate it was the same person. I learned I did not, meaning I accidentally made a duplicate file (Ladd-803_. If you check my references and complimentary information, you will see they are the same person. Since I am not on your trusted list, would you please initiate a merge? Or, if you want, add me to the trusted list and I will do the merge. Whichever works best for you.

Many thanks,
