Getchell-546 and Ladd-97 appear to represent the same person because: Susannah Getchell didn't exist, at least not as a child of the Samuel/Elizabeth family - most likely this Gedcom confused her with Susannah who was the WIFE of their son Nathaniel Getchell, so merging her away that way.
