Biography
Perley Earl Laird was born 15 March 1900 in Calais, Vermont. He married Ila May Wheeler on 31 May 1919 in Wolcott, Vermont. They divorced. He married Annie May Shatney on 12 January 1925 in Elmore, Vermont. . He died 14 November 1964 in Northfield, Vermont.
