Biography

Ernest was born on 13 January 1862 and was baptised on 12 February 1863 in Stoke Damerel, Devon, the son of Benjamin Lakey and Mary Parnell Rogers.^[1]

Ernest married Caroline Ward in the July-Sept quarter of 1888,^[2] and together they had the following children:^[3]

1. Reginald Lakey
2. Stanley E. Lakey

Ernest died on 5 Feb 1943 in Colchester, Essex, England FAMS_BIO
