Biography
Ella Lancaster was enumerated as daughter of the head of household at Beat 5, Alcorn County, Mississippi for the January 29, United States Census, 1920. She was noted as born 1915 in Mississippi and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Mathew Lancaster, wife Leah Lancaster, daughter Sofronia Lancaster, daughter May F Lancaster, son Andrew Lancaster and son Clayton Lancaster.[1]
On April 1, 1935, Ella Tice lived in rural Prentiss County, Mississippi.[2]
Ella Tice was enumerated as wife of the head of household at Beat 2, Prentiss County, Mississippi for the April 22, United States Census, 1940. She was noted as born 1914 in Mississippi and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household is head Oscar D Tice.[2]
Ella Modenia Lancaster Tice is buried at Antioch #2 Baptist Church Cemetery in Rienzi, Alcorn County, Mississippi.[3]
