Biography
Ardys was born in Salem, Oregon, in 1919. She moved with her family to Mehama in 1923 and Stayton in 1939. In 1939 she married Tex Kimsey. They lived in Stayton. They had three children and, at the time of her death in 2000, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She died in Stayton and was buried in Fox Valley Cemetery, Lyons, Oregon.
