Biography

Born 1925 in Harnett County, North Carolina to R. E. Langdon and Mary Adams Stewart. [1] Graduated from high school in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Enlisted in the US Marine Corps. Never married.

Private in the Marine Corps. Drowned off the coast of Admiralty Islands in 1945 and interred nearby. Memorial in Lafayette Memorial Park, Fayetteville, North Carolina. [2]
