Biography

Paul was born in 1752. He died in 1834 at the age of 81.

Paul served during the American Revolution. He was enlisted as a matross in 1777 in Col. Crane's Regiment of Artillery and was at the Battle of Monmouth. A private in Massachusetts Line & before the revolution in the 3rd Hampshire County Regiment under Captain William Knox.

Parents: Dr. Samuel Langdon 1722 - 1797 and Elizabeth (Brown) Langdon 1726 - 1802.

Spouse: Mary "Molly" (Kimball) Langdon 1761 - 1843. Findagrave #258142481 (note on burial page: Paul married Mary Kimball on 6/28/1781 in Fryeburg, Maine)

He was a graduate of Harvard and settled in the Town of Wethersfield in 1818.
