Joseph was christened on Jun 15, 1859 [1] He immigrated to the United States on the ship, Schmidt in 1872. He and his family settled in Detroit, Michigan. He eventually moved to Five Lakes in Lapeer County. He worked as a blacksmith. Joseph passed away in 1934.
