Marvin was the second husband of my maternal grandmother, Obie Leona Gamble Langley 1898-1983 [first married name Morris]. He died following an accidental home fire in Picayune, Mississippi. My name is Margaret Nell Reeks 12-31-1946 - living, first daughter of E.H. "Duke" Reeks 10-03-1919 - Dec 1994 and Mary Virginia Morris Reeks 10-23-1923 - 03-16-1976. Marvin was the only grandfather that I ever knew or ever needed. Just yesterday 05-28-2022 I passed his Imperial pocketknife to his great-great-grandson [by marriage], Brady Reeks 02-08-2014, son of Clayton T. Reeks 07-17-1980 and Christina A. Reeks and grandson of my brother Robert Bruce Reeks 11-02-1950 and Mary Anne Reeks, and grandson by marriage of Patricia A. Reeks.
