Hi Stephen,

Just saw we are 7th cousins once removed and have 52 common ancestors. One of them is (Barbe) Duchesne-9, who was born in Geneva (Switzerland) but came to Canada as a "Fille du Roi"  ?\_(?)_/ ? Regards, Martin

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Stephen. Looks like you and I are 8th cousins once removed. You originally created the profile and are still the manager for Pierre Louis Claude Labossiere, my 4th. GG Grand Father and the patriarch of the junior branch of Labossiere's in Canada and the U.S.A. Cheers, Jim

Hi Stephen,

could you delete the Quebecois Project category from your profile. It is for protected profiles that are managed by the project.

Thanks,

Guy

Quebecois Project Leader

Hi Stephen,

We are 9th cousins once removed. I just joined the Quebecois Project. It's nice to meet you.

Hi Stephen

Category:Généalogistes du Québec (with brackets added) is what you should put on your profile, rather than the category Quebecois project. That will put you in with the other people who are part of the project.

Anyone tracing the Andre Poutre - Jeanne Burel line? I think I have my line direct to them, but would like feedback.

Re Anne LeSuiss- I think her parents are Pierre Miville LeSuisse(1600-10/15/1669 from Fribourg, Switzerland) and Charlotte Maugis (1607-10/11/1676 from Saintonge, Charente, France. Married in Brouage, France). Grandparents are Isaac-Francois Miville (b.1551) and Salome Lomene (b.1555) They originated in Friborg, Switzerland. Great grandfather was Jacques-Francois Miville.

Hi Stephen, I found this snippet on Find-A-Grave. I had his *marriage* year as 1476, and the wikitree record has it also as his death date. However I had a date of 1515. Would I be able to make a change based on this information or does it need to be additionally corroborated?

Hi Stephen, I keep bumping into the profiles that you manage as I'm connecting my family branches to the big tree; no wonder, a good portion our our Charlevoix ancestors are common! Look it up just for kicks...
