Biography
Nancy Ann was born in Virginia about 1730 [1]. She married John Prestridge Sr. at an unknown date, likely before the birth of their son John Prestridge Jr. in 1750.
In October 1777, Ann sued her husband for denying her the "necessities of life." She was given a separate maintenance allowance of 10 Pound Current Money levy'd yearly of the goods and chattels of John Prestridge. [2]. She passed away at an unknown date after the court settlement.
