Solomon Larrabee was born on 7 October 1731 in Scarborough, Maine. His parents were John Larrabee and Mary (Ingersoll) Larrabee.
He married Elizabeth Winter in Scarborough. They had one child:
1. Phebe, married Joseph Gilkey
Solomon passed away on 6 August 1759 and is buried in Black Point Cemetery in Scarborough, Maine[1].
