Biography
We find bergsman Per Larsson in Moren with his wife Walborg in the earliest preserved household record for Västanfors.[1] Purportedly this record starts in 1668, but the death of Walborg (she is noted as mortua) occurred in 1666 - there is a testament to the church for the wife of Per Larsson in Moren that year.[2] Listed in the household are children Hans, Karin, Anders, Kerstin, Margareta and Erik with wife Marit - these will be of an age to participate in the examinations. In the household of Per Larsson in 1676 are son Hans with wife Kerstin (also some of the siblings)[3]
Testament to the church for Per Larsson was given in 1690.[4]
Per Larsson will have been the son of Lars Persson, who appears in the taxation record for Moren in 1642 with his wife, a married son and two daughters.[5] Lars Persson still stands as head of household in the taxation records of the first half of the 1650s - although he himself is exempt from taxes (presumably being overage). In 1657 Per Larsson has taken over.[6] However, his father is still alive: testament to to the church for Lasse Persson in Moren was given in 1664.[7]

Walborg may have been a Larsdotter, although it is uncertain where that information came from.
