Biography

When Enoch Latham was born in 1780 in Randolph, North Carolina, his father, James, was 45 and his mother, Agnes, was 40. He married Jane Hicks and they had three children together. He then married Nancy Garner and they had 17 children together. He died on May 20, 1859, in Marthaville, Louisiana, having lived a long life of 79 years.

Enoch Latham and Nancy Garner were married on 30 Dec 1802 in Randolph, N. Carolina. The witness to the marriage was John Garner. [1]
