Biography

William was born in 1826. William is the child of Jacob Layman and Elizabeth Swagerd. [1]According to the Find-A-Grave entry for his wife Honor Willis Eaton, he died during the Civil War. His name is etched on the tombstone of his mother-in-law, Sible Willis , in Knob Hill Cemetery which is located in Mill Creek township, Coshocton, Ohio.
