Biography
Jessie was born in 1862. She was the daughter of James Layton and Mary Blackwell. [1]
In 1881, Jessie was living with her parents and seven siblings in Bow, Middlesex. She was a 19-year-old domestic servant. [2]
Jessie passed away in 1953. [3]
