Marie Louise Pétronille married François Thomas dit Tranchemontagne, who was another 3rd generation Huguenot emmigrant. The Thomas family were also Huguenolt emmigrants from Rouen, Normandie, France (but they emmigrated to Québec in the early 1700s). It was François' great great grandfather, François Thomas I, who landed in Québec, Canada and started his family with Catherine Mandoux.
