Samuel Leach of Bridgewater died intestate and on 6 April 1761, Elijah Leach of Bridgewater was granted the administration of his estate.[4]
His inventory was taken on 18 March 1761 in Middleborough.[5]
In 1761, an account of his estate by Elijah Leach was recorded which included, wages from Treasurer Gray (soldier's pay), widow's support, and administration fees. There was no remaining estate.[6]
