Biography

Samuel Leach was born in 1662 in Weymouth, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, New England, to Giles Leach and Anne Nokes.[1]

He married in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, to Mary Byram, a daughter of Dr. Nicholas Byram and Susanna Shaw.[1]

He was a soldier in King Philip's War.[1]

He died sometime before 11 November 1729.[1]

Samuel and Mary Leach had the following children:

  1. Seth Leach, at Bridgewater, Massachusetts.[1]
  2. Mary Leach, b. 1689, m. Isaac King.
  3. Elijah Leach b. bef 1694, at Bridgewater, Massachusetts.[1]
  4. Susanna Leach, b. 1701.
